Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging (new condition) within 30 days from receiving merchandise for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges unless the item(s) are damaged or defective; shipping charges are not refundable on returns. Please email our office for a Return Authorization Number and instructions prior to any return.

Unfortunately, items that are personalized, custom-made, have been used, worn or washed are non-refundable.

Shipping charges on expedited requests such as express mail or overnight do not qualify for reimbursement, but a full refund on items purchased still apply.

Unlike many online merchants, we DO NOT charge restocking fees.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping costs can be calculated on the shopping cart page prior to checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable Import Duties or Taxes on International orders. All Prices shown are in USD.

For shipping within the United States, we use FedEx and USPS. Small packages normally ship through the U.S. Postal Service, while larger packages are typically shipped using FedEx. For Canada shipments, we only use the United States Postal Service.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
